Why The Collective?

We need us. This space has been created specifically in response to the need Bina has heard from changemakers around the world feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and in need of time and support to be more strategic in how they create change in their organizations and how they further catalyze their leadership.

Over the course of three days with other purposeful and values-aligned leaders from philanthropic and non-profit organizations, you’ll experience:

  • A growing community of leaders investing in innovative, bold, and impactful strategies.

  • Time to share and gather insights and practices from leaders working to advance anti-oppression, anti-white supremacy, and inclusion.

  • A shared space that supports clarity of thought, creative thinking, and strategy development that advances changemaking in service of your organizational mission and the communities you serve.

  • Support in amplifying your leadership and purpose.

  •
