Where Systems & Self Meet
With more than 20 years of leadership across government, philanthropy, and global nonprofit sectors, Bina has worked inside complex systems at scale.
As Deputy Chief of Staff at Chicago’s City Hall, she oversaw more than $1 billion in public health, human services, and community development initiatives. Bina saw how leadership decisions shape culture, impact communities, and determine whether equity is aspirational, or operational.
Today, Bina partners with organizations ready to move beyond surface-level change and into deeper, justice-centered leadership.

Bina’s Approach
Lasting systems change requires inner clarity.
Bina’s work integrates:
Human rights and social justice frameworks
Contemplative practice rooted in Buddhist lineage
Breathwork and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation
Practical neuroscience to strengthen resilience and adaptability
Real-world policy and strategy experience
This isn’t abstract spirituality. And it’s not performative DEI.
This is grounded, embodied leadership development that supports leaders to:
Navigate complexity without burnout
Make values-aligned decisions under pressure
Share power and build trust
Design cultures rooted in accountability and care
Sustain long-term impact
Bina calls this integrated approach the Saathi Method™—a framework that helps leaders return to themselves, envision new possibilities, and mobilize collective action.
