Many leaders and changemakers are carrying a quiet grief: “I can’t believe this is what we’re spending our energy on.”

We are witnessing things that shouldn’t require witnessing. We are working while pushing against fear, chaos, and constant disruption.
And most workplaces offer no space to process the loss. The loss of what is possible, of time and energy to build towards the future. The loss of some semblance of stability. When grief goes unacknowledged, it often becomes: burnout, disconnection, and emotional shutdown. We lose each other.

There is another way: tending to our grief as part of our leadership.

We can create space for clarity, interdependence, and creativity. We can come back into our beloved community. This is not self-care. This is future protection work. It is collective care and power building.

Join fellow changemakers at this free, powerful pause to tend to the intersection of our grief, leadership, and radical imagination.

This session will include practices to re-energize our radical imagination and connection:
• guided reflection
• somatic and nervous system practices
• spacious conversation
• practical ways to stay connected to your internal power

We look forward to hosting a space that is easeful, restorative, and encouraging.
